Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die eigenständige Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für unsere Mandanten, insbesondere im Bereich Baulohn, unter Einsatz von DATEV Lohn und Gehalt.
- Sie übernehmen die sorgfältige Pflege der Personalstammdaten und verwalten alle administrativen Prozesse von Ein- bis Austritt, inklusive der Arbeitszeit- und Urlaubskonten.
- Sie bearbeiten eigenständig Reisekosten sowie geldwerte Vorteile und stellen deren korrekte Abrechnung sicher.
- Sie verantworten das gesamte Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen und erstellen aussagekräftige Auswertungen für Sozialversicherungsträger, Behörden und unsere Mandanten.
- Als kompetente Ansprechperson beraten Sie unsere Mandanten in allen lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen und gewährleisten durch aktives Fristenmanagement eine termingerechte Abwicklung.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, eine Ausbildung zur/zum Steuerfachangestellten oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit, insbesondere sichere Kenntnisse in der Baulohnabrechnung sowie im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
- Im Umgang mit DATEV Lohn und Gehalt sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sind Sie versiert.
- Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie Ihre Serviceorientierung und Ihr Teamgeist.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher und fließend auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um unsere Mandant:innen optimal zu betreuen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
