Was erwartet dich?
- Du wickelst Kundenaufträge eigenständig ab, von der Erfassung über die Terminverfolgung bis zur Auslieferung und Rechnungsstellung
- Du pflegst und aktualisierst Kunden- und Auftragsdaten
- Du betreust unsere Kund:innen freundlich und kompetent per Telefon und E-Mail
- Du erstellst und verfolgst Angebote für Handelsware nach
- Du unterstützt den Außendienst bei der Kundenbetreuung und koordinierst Versand und Liefertermine einschließlich der erforderlichen Versanddokumente in Abstimmung mit Lager, Speditionen und Kund:innen
- Du nimmst Reklamationen entgegen, erfasst und bearbeitest sie kaufmännisch, erstellst Gut- und Lastschriften und stimmst dich mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen zur Klärung auftragsbezogener Fragen ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise zum Industriekaufmann oder zur Industriekauffrau (m/w/d)
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Auftragsabwicklung mit, Kenntnisse in der Versand- und Logistikkoordination sind von Vorteil
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis kaufmännischer Abläufe und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Rechnungsstellung, Gut- und Lastschriften oder der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Warenwirtschafts- oder ERP-System und einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen und internen Schnittstellen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, besitzt ausgeprägte Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie ein zuverlässiger Umgang mit Terminen und Prioritäten
