Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie überwachen und verfolgen regionale und internationale Transporte innerhalb der EMEA-Region, einschließlich zeitkritischer Transporte
- Sie steuern und eskalieren kritische und besonders dringende Sendungen im Rahmen von Control-Tower-Aktivitäten
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Spediteur:innen, Transportdienstleister:innen und internen Stakeholdern zusammen, um operative Transportabweichungen schnell und lösungsorientiert zu bearbeiten
- Sie analysieren Transportkosten, Leistungskennzahlen und Versanddaten und identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale
- Sie erstellen regelmäßige und ad-hoc Reports sowie transportbezogene Auswertungen und Dokumentationen, einschließlich innergemeinschaftlicher Verbringungen
- Sie unterstützen regionale und globale Transportprojekte von der Datenerhebung bis zur Implementierung und prüfen Frachtrechnungen sowie klären Abweichungen und Unstimmigkeiten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium (z. B. Logistik, BWL) abgeschlossen und bringen erste Berufserfahrung (1-3 Jahre) in der Transportlogistik oder im Supply Chain Management mit
- Sie besitzen ein gutes Verständnis für nationale und internationale Transport- und Logistikprozesse
- Im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sind Sie versiert; idealerweise bringen Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen mit SAP mit
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, und Sie haben Freude daran, mit Daten und Kennzahlen analytisch zu arbeiten
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch, verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse und haben Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Team
