Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst und entwickelst das Vertriebsteam Westeuropa einschließlich Innendienst nachhaltig weiter
- Du entwickelst und setzt Vertriebsstrategien für den westeuropäischen Markt um
- Du baust die Marktposition durch Verstärkung der Marktpräsenz aus
- Du verbesserst kontinuierlich das Vertriebsprozessmanagement und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebstools- und Applikationen, wie z. B. CRM-Systeme
- Du bist verantwortlich für Budget, Forecasting und den optimalen Ressourceneinsatz in der Vertriebsregion Westeuropa
- Du beobachtest umfassend den Markt, um Trends und Marktdynamiken zu überblicken und unterstützt Produktentwicklungen im Netzwerk mit der internationalen Organisation sowie fokussierte Neuprodukteinführungen
- Du verantwortest einen exzellenten Kundenservice und Support sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Du gestaltest und setzt Trainings- und Entwicklungsprogramme zur weiteren Optimierung einer high-performance Vertriebs- und Market Management Organisation um
- Du arbeitest in direkter Berichtslinie sowie in enger Zusammenarbeit und strategischer Abstimmung mit dem Chief Sales Officer Global

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Vertriebsteams mit nachgewiesenen positiven Vertriebserfolgen mit
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Leadership-Fähigkeiten und hohe intrinsische Motivation
- Du hast eine hohe Kundenorientierung, starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und sehr ausgeprägte Netzwerk-Qualitäten
- Du begeisterst dich für innovative Produkte und zunehmende Digitalisierung und bringst einen ausgeprägten Team-Spirit mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und bist bereit, ca. 40 % zu reisen
