Du entwickelst unser Sortiment weiter, entdeckst passende Produkte und nutzt Kennzahlen für fundierte Entscheidungen. Dabei sorgst du für eine klare Sortimentsstruktur und verlässliche Artikeldaten und arbeitest eng mit Einkauf, E-Commerce und Marketing zusammen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst unser Sortiment und unsere Warengruppen bedarfsgerecht weiter.
- Du entdeckst passende Produkte, Hersteller und Trends und erkennst Sortimentslücken.
- Du analysierst Absatz, Marge und Bestände und leitest Verbesserungen ab.
- Du planst Neuheiten, Sortimentserweiterungen und Abverkaufsmaßnahmen.
- Du legst Artikel an und pflegst Stammdaten, Kategorien und Produktmerkmale.
- Du stimmst Sortimentsmaßnahmen mit Einkauf, E-Commerce und Marketing ab.
- Du verbesserst Abläufe und stellst eine hohe Sortiments- und Datenqualität sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine starke Affinität zu unseren Produkten und verstehst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und Community.
- Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Sortimentsmanagement, Category Management, Einkauf oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- Du liebst Zahlen, Daten und Fakten, erkennst wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und kannst daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten.
- Du gehst sicher mit Excel, Warenwirtschaftssystemen und großen Datenmengen um und arbeitest strukturiert und sorgfältig.
- Du hinterfragst bestehende Sortimente und Prozesse, erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und entwickelst eigenständig Lösungen.
- Du arbeitest lieber im Büro und im Team als im Homeoffice, kommunizierst klar und hast den Mut, offen Feedback zu geben – auch an den Chef.
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, arbeitest vorausschauend und bringst das nötige Organisationstalent mit, um einen Aufgabenbereich eigenständig zu vertreten.

Im ersten Schritt führst du ein kurzes Interview mit uns. Anschließend erfolgt per E-Mail die Einladung zum persönlichen Kennenlernen, oder eine Absage.
2. Persönliches Kennenlernen
Das persönliche Kennenlernen findet per Videocall statt. Wir besprechen alle Einzelheiten und du erhältst anschließend eine Einladung zum Schnuppertag oder eine Absage.
3. Schnuppertag
Am Schnuppertag lernst du das Team kennen, erhältst einen Einblick in das Tagesgeschäft und absolvierst Übungen zu deinem Aufgabengebiet. Das Feedback (Zu-/Absage) erhältst du anschließend per E-Mail.
4. Einstellung
Im vierten Schritt erfolgt die Vertragsunterzeichnung und der Start des Onboardings. Herzlich willkommen im Team Taschengelddieb!

You can upload your application documents in your Workwise profile. These can only be viewed by companies you are applying to.

Can I process my application afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.
How do I get news about my application?
In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
