Du möchtest Produktionsprozesse verbessern, innovative Technologien einführen und gemeinsam mit verschiedenen Teams nachhaltige Veränderungen vorantreiben? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Process Engineer (m/w/d).
In dieser Rolle treibst du die Operational Excellence Strategie aktiv voran und unterstützt unsere Produktion dabei, effizienter, produktiver und qualitativ besser zu werden.
Was erwartet dich?
- Leitung und Unterstützung von Optimierungs- und Investitionsprojekten
- Analyse und Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen
- Einführung neuer Technologien, Anlagen und Arbeitsmethoden
- Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Effizienzsteigerungen
- Entwicklung und Monitoring von Kennzahlen (KPIs)
- Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Prozess- und Qualitätsproblemen
- Durchführung von Lean- und Continuous-Improvement-Initiativen
- Begleitung von Kaizen-Workshops und 5S-Aktivitäten
- Optimierung von Produktionslayouts und Materialflüssen
- Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessstandards

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung (idealerweise 2-3 Jahre) im Produktions- oder Prozessumfeld mit
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in Lean Manufacturing und/oder Six Sigma
- Du denkst analytisch und arbeitest strukturiert
- Du zeigst hohe Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
- Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und sprichst Deutsch auf C1-Niveau sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
