Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst die Geschäftsprozesse unserer internationalen Kund:innen und berätst sie im Team, wie diese mit dem ERP-System Infor M3 optimal abgebildet werden können.
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von Implementierungs-, Upgrade- und Migrationsprojekten rund um Infor M3.
- Du konfigurierst das System passgenau nach den erarbeiteten Konzepten und stellst durch sorgfältige Tests und Dokumentationen eine hohe Lösungsqualität sicher.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson begleitest du deine Kund:innen über den gesamten Projektzyklus, führst Anwenderschulungen durch und unterstützt auch nach dem Go-Live.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst erste Berufserfahrung in der Beratung und Implementierung von ERP-Systemen mit.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrungen mit dem ERP-System Infor M3 sammeln – falls nicht, ist das aber kein Hindernis.
- Du arbeitest dich gerne in komplexe IT-Systeme ein, analysierst Probleme eigenständig und zeigst dabei hohe Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative.
- Für den Austausch im Team und mit Kund:innen sprichst du fließend Deutsch und gutes Englisch.
- Du bist in Deutschland ansässig und bringst die Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Reisen zu Kund:innen vor Ort mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
