Was erwartet dich?
- Du gewinnst Neukund:innen (Privat- und Gewerbekund:innen sowie Wohnungswirtschaft) für unsere Fernwärmeanschlüsse und berätst diese kompetent zu technischen und wirtschaftlichen Vorteilen
- Du erstellst Angebote, führst Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum Abschluss und begleitest den gesamten Prozess bis zur Aufnahme der Belieferung
- Du arbeitest eng mit Kommunen, Bauträgern, Architekt:innen und Handwerksbetrieben zusammen, um die Anschlussdichte im Wärmenetz zu erhöhen und das Fernwärmenetz zu erweitern
- Du analysierst das Marktpotenzial in bestehenden und neuen Fernwärmegebieten und erarbeitest Vertriebsmaßnahmen
- Du bildest das Bindeglied zwischen unseren Kund:innen und der technischen Abteilung Wärmeversorgung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb und/oder in der Energiewirtschaft mit
- Du arbeitest zielorientiert und selbständig
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit MS-Office und hast ggf. Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP- und IS-U-Kenntnissen
- Du verfügst über gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2-Niveau)
- Du besitzt eine Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
