Wir suchen ab sofort für unser Büro im Team Vertrieb am Hauptsitz Ober-Ramstadt in Vollzeit eine:n Kaufmännische Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Vertriebsinnendienst / Vertriebsassistenz (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest Aufträge, Retouren und Reklamationen für unsere nationalen und internationalen Großkunden per Mail und per Telefon
- Du bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner und kümmerst dich um alle Anliegen der Kunden
- Du übernimmst Auswertungen und Übersichten in Excel / Google Sheets
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zu Logistik, Produktion, Einkauf, Buchhaltung und Vertriebsaußendienst, um den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten
- Du begleitest die Kolleg*innen bei Kundenbesuchen und stellst dort unsere Produkte vor

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Bürokaufmann / Bürokauffrau oder Industriekaufmann / Industriekauffrau (m/w/d)
- Du bist motiviert, engagiert, kommunikativ und scheust dich nicht davor, auf unsere Kund:innen zuzugehen
- Du bringst bereits 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice / Customer Service / Vertrieb mit, idealerweise in der Modebranche / im Fashion-Bereich (gerne auch während der Ausbildung)
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
- Du bist sehr gut im Umgang mit MS-Office / Google Workspace und idealerweise auch mit SAP Business One

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
