Was erwartet dich?
- Als erste Ansprechperson berätst Du unsere KFZ-Flottenkunden kompetent zu ihren Versicherungsprodukten, sowohl telefonisch als auch per E-Mail.
- Du betreust Deinen festen Kundenstamm proaktiv, analysierst den Versicherungsbedarf und entwickelst passgenaue Lösungen, um die Kundenbindung langfristig zu stärken.
- Gemeinsam im Team erstellst Du individuelle Angebote für gewerbliche Sach- und Kfz-Flottenversicherungen und stellst eine reibungslose Vertragsabwicklung sicher.
- Du bringst aktiv Deine Ideen zur Optimierung unserer Beratungsprozesse ein und trägst so maßgeblich zur Steigerung der Servicequalität bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Versicherungsbereich (z. B. Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen) erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der gewerblichen Kfz-Versicherung mit.
- Kommunikation ist deine Stärke: Du berätst gerne, findest für jedes Anliegen eine Lösung und überzeugst mit einem freundlichen Auftreten.
- Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich ebenso aus wie deine Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau) für eine professionelle Kundenbetreuung.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
