Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen – von der Erfassung im ERP-System bis zur finalen Rechnungsstellung.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden, Lieferanten und das Team sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss und klärst alle Anfragen.
- Du verantwortest die sorgfältige Pflege der Stammdaten und übernimmst die professionelle Korrespondenz mit MS Office.
- Du hältst dem Team den Rücken frei, indem du die allgemeine Büroorganisation managst und administrative Sekretariatsaufgaben übernimmst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine ähnliche kaufmännische Qualifikation in der Tasche.
- Du bringst bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsbearbeitung oder einer vergleichbaren Position mit.
- MS Office beherrschst du sicher und hast idealerweise schon mit einem ERP-System gearbeitet.
- Mit deiner selbstständigen und sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise behältst du stets den Überblick und deine freundliche Art macht dich zu einem geschätzten Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Kollegen.
- Du kommunizierst sicher und fließend auf Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
