- Sie managen eigenverantwortlich komplexe Kundenprojekte in einem oder mehreren unserer Geschäftsfelder - Infrastruktur (Verkehr / Bahn, Energie, Netze), Industrie, Hochbau oder Stadtentwicklung
- Sie beraten strategisch und lösungsorientiert den Auftraggeber
- Sie unterstützen die Führungskraft am Standort bei der Erreichung der strategischen und unternehmerischen Ziele
- Sie übernehmen Führungsverantwortung und sind für die fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams zuständig

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur, Infrastruktur-/ Verkehrsplanung oder vergleichbar
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Bauprojektmanagement, in der Planung oder Projektleitung
- Sie haben nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer Projekte in den Geschäftsfeldern Infrastruktur, Energie oder im Bereich Immobilien
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse der Phasen und Handlungsbereiche gemäß Heft Nr. 9 der AHO-Schriftenreihe
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Projektmanagementtools- und -Methoden und denken vorausschauend, analytisch, strukturiert und strategisch
- Sie arbeiten gewissenhaft und sorgfältig und verfügen über starke Kommunikations-, Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie ein souveränes Auftreten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
