Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die operative Gesamtverantwortung und steuerst, koordinierst und überwachst das gesamte Tagesgeschäft
- Du führst fachlich und disziplinarisch das Team bestehend aus Fluggerätmechaniker:innen, Fluggerätelektroniker:innen, Supervisor:innen und dem Certifying Staff B1, B2, C und sorgst für den optimalen Personaleinsatz
- Du stellst die fristgerechte, wirtschaftliche und qualitätskonforme Ausführung aller Maintenance- und Repair-Aufträge sicher
- Du stimmst dich eng mit der Technik, Commercial, Customer Support, Einkauf & Logistik, Arbeitsvorbereitung, dem Qualitätsmanagement und der Geschäftsführung ab, um den Projekterfolg zu gewährleisten
- Du überwachst gewissenhaft die Einhaltung aller EASA Part-145 Regularien, Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften und internen Qualitätsstandards

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine technische Ausbildung in der Luftfahrt (z. B. als Fluggerätmechaniker:in, Avioniker:in) mit einer Weiterbildung zum Meister:in/Techniker:in oder ein ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium mit
- Du hast einschlägige Führungserfahrung im operativen Hangar-Betrieb und ein tiefes Verständnis für Instandhaltungsprozesse
- Du besitzt idealerweise eine gültige EASA Part-66 Lizenz (B1/B2) oder fundierte Kenntnisse im Part-145-Umfeld
- Du nutzt verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie Englisch in Wort und Schrift für die internationale Abstimmung
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, Durchsetzungsstärke und Organisationsgeschick aus
