Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern und managen Bauprojekte und Teilprojekte für unsere Kund:innen im Infrastrukturbereich, einschließlich Schiene, Straße und Telekommunikation
- Sie übernehmen Aufgaben in der Projektsteuerung in allen Projektstufen und Handlungsbereichen, abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation
- Sie arbeiten in der Terminplanung und -steuerung mit und koordinieren das Schnittstellenmanagement
- Sie sind in der Bauüberwachung und Ausschreibung (HOAI Leistungsphasen 6-8) sowie bei der SiGe-Koordination tätig
- Sie unterstützen die Projektleitung im Besprechungs- und Reportingwesen und wirken in Großprojekten mit komplexen Organisationsstrukturen mit
- Sie kommunizieren und koordinieren mit Fachexpert:innen, Planer:innen und weiteren Projektbeteiligten, um die termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechte Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten sicherzustellen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Verkehrsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Sie bringen idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Infrastrukturbereich mit
- Sie haben Interesse und idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder im Baumanagement
- Sie kennen die Phasen und Handlungsbereiche gemäß Heft Nr. 9 der AHO-Schriftenreihe und der HOAI
- Sie haben erste Erfahrungen in der Bauüberwachung sowie in der Tätigkeit als SiGe-Koordination gesammelt
- Sie denken vorausschauend, analytisch und strategisch und verfügen über Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
