Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und termingerechte Abwicklung unserer Bauprojekte im schweren Spezialtiefbau (Spundwand- und Rammrohrgründungen, Großbohrpfähle)
- Sie kalkulieren und steuern das Baustellenbudget sowie den Bauablauf mithilfe von RIB iTWO und stellen die Einhaltung des Bauvertragsrechts (VOB) sicher
- Sie führen und disponieren das Baustellenpersonal und planen den Einsatz von Geräten und Materialien direkt vor Ort
- Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zu unseren Auftraggeber:innen, führen Verhandlungen und bereiten Nachträge vor
- Sie verantworten die baubegleitende Qualitätsprüfung, die technische Dokumentation sowie die Umsetzung aller Maßnahmen zur Arbeitssicherheit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss – auch als motivierte:r Absolvent:in oder Quereinsteiger:in sind Sie bei uns willkommen
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit einem gängigen Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationsprogramm, idealerweise mit RIB iTWO
- Sie verfügen über anwendungsbereite Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht (VOB)
- Eine hohe Eigenmotivation, selbstständiges Handeln und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
