Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest das Einrichten, Anfahren und die laufende Optimierung unserer Spritzgießmaschinen und der zugehörigen Peripheriegeräte.
- Du überwachst den gesamten Produktionsprozess und stellst durch sorgfältige Qualitätskontrollen sicher, dass unsere Produkte den höchsten Standards entsprechen.
- Eigenständig rüstest Du die Spritzgusswerkzeuge sowie Entnahmegeräte nach Produktionsplan und sorgst so für reibungslose Abläufe.
- Bei Prozessstörungen greifst Du zielsicher ein, behebst Fehler und übernimmst kleinere Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten.
- Du dokumentierst relevante Prozessdaten und bringst Deine Ideen aktiv ein, um unsere Abläufe kontinuierlich zu verbessern und Ausschuss zu reduzieren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker:in für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst obendrauf mindestens erste Berufserfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von Spritzgießmaschinen mit.
- Dein technisches Verständnis und dein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein helfen dir dabei, Produktionsprozesse sicher zu steuern.
- Du überzeugst durch eine selbstständige, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise und packst bei der Problemlösung gerne mit an.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team sprichst du sehr gut Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
