Was erwartet Sie?
- Als erste Ansprechperson für unsere Patient:innen am Empfang und Telefon sorgen Sie für einen herzlichen und reibungslosen Ablauf.
- Sie assistieren unserem Ärzteteam bei Untersuchungen sowie Behandlungen und bereiten die Behandlungsräume sorgfältig vor.
- Mit unserer Praxissoftware verwalten Sie souverän Patiententermine sowie -akten und übernehmen die Leistungsabrechnung.
- Sie führen eigenständig Laborarbeiten wie Blutentnahmen durch und sind für die Aufbereitung der medizinischen Instrumente verantwortlich.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit im Team stellen Sie eine erstklassige Patientenversorgung sicher und unterstützen bei der Organisation der Praxisabläufe.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische:r Fachangestellte:r (MFA) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, auch wenn es im Praxisalltag mal hektisch wird.
- Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und schätzen den Austausch mit Kolleg:innen und Ärzt:innen, um eine optimale Patientenversorgung zu gewährleisten.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängiger Praxissoftware und den MS-Office-Anwendungen.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher und einfühlsam auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), sowohl mit dem Team als auch mit den Patient:innen.

Die MEDICLIN Fachklinik Breisach ist eine spezialisierte Fachklinik für Akutmedizin und Rehabilitation in Breisach am Rhein. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
