- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Produktionsteam richten Sie Maschinen ein, führen Umrüstungen durch und optimieren kontinuierlich die Anlageneinstellungen.
- Sie dokumentieren sorgfältig alle durchgeführten Instandhaltungsarbeiten und Störungsbehebungen in unserem Wartungsmanagementsystem und leiten daraus Verbesserungspotenziale ab.
- Sie bringen Ihre Expertise bei der Installation neuer Maschinen und Anlagen ein und unterstützen aktiv bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Instandhaltungsprozesse.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Industrieanlagen, idealerweise in den Bereichen Mechanik, Elektrik, Pneumatik und Hydraulik.
- Eine analytische Denkweise zur Fehlersuche und eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
- Die Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System passt gut in Ihre Planung.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um sich reibungslos im Team und bei der Dokumentation abzustimmen.
