Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten den Aufbau und die Montage von Betriebsmitteln und Sonderanlagen nach technischen Zeichnungen, von der mechanischen Installation bis zur elektrischen Verdrahtung.
- Sie verdrahten Schaltschränke und nehmen Automatisierungseinrichtungen in Betrieb, wobei Sie die Programmierung und Fehlersuche von Siemens SPS-Steuerungen (TIA Portal, S7) übernehmen.
- Sie installieren und justieren pneumatische Systeme und sind für die Inbetriebnahme sowie Optimierung von industriellen Robotersystemen (z.B. FANUC, KUKA) zuständig.
- Sie führen systematische Funktionsprüfungen durch, analysieren Fehler und entwickeln in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team Lösungen zur Optimierung bestehender Anlagen.
- Sie dokumentieren sorgfältig alle technischen Anpassungen und unterstützen bei der finalen Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen im Haus und gelegentlich auch an anderen Standorten.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker:in, Elektroniker:in für Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Betriebsmittel-, Sondermaschinen- oder Anlagenbau mit.
- Das Lesen und Umsetzen von technischen Zeichnungen, Stromlauf- und Schaltplänen gehört zu Ihren Stärken.
- Sie sind versiert in der Montage, Verdrahtung sowie der Inbetriebnahme und Fehlersuche von Siemens SPS-Steuerungen (TIA Portal, S7).
- Zudem haben Sie Erfahrung im Umgang mit industriellen Robotersystemen (z. B. FANUC, KUKA) und in der Pneumatik.
- Eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie ein Führerschein der Klasse B runden Ihr Profil ab.
