Regelmäßige Außendiensteinsätze für Vermessungsaufgaben, z.B. auf Baustellen oder bei Grenzfeststellungen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst alle in diesem Gesamtzusammenhang anfallende Tätigkeiten im Außen- und Innendienst
- Du bist für baubegleitende Vermessungsaufgaben, Grenzänderungen, Grenzfeststellung sowie Gebäudeaufnahmen zuständig
- Du nimmst bauliche Veränderungen zur nachhaltigen Dokumentation in Geoinformationssysteme auf
- Du planst und bereitest anstehende Messaufgaben selbstständig vor und führst diese durch
- Du bereitest Messdaten zur Fortführung des Liegenschaftskatasters bzw. zur Abgabe an unsere Kunden auf und wertest diese aus
- Du bringst dich in das Geodatenmanagement und in die Betreuung der einschlägigen Mess- und Rechenverfahren ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Vermessungswesen oder Geoinformatik
- Du erfüllst die Voraussetzungen für die Anerkennung als Fachkraft durch das Landesamt für Geoinformation und Landentwicklung (LGL)
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Berufserfahrung in der Liegenschaftsvermessung mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängiger Vermessungssoftware, vorzugsweise mit Systemen wie GeoGraf, KIVID oder AutoCAD.
- Eine sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außendienst, zeichnet dich aus
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C2-Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
