Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von Elektro- und Ladeinfrastruktur-Projekten vor Ort, inklusive Zusammenarbeit mit Fremdfirmen und Berichterstattung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich unsere Elektro- und Ladeinfrastruktur-Projekte – von der Planung bis zur Abnahme
- Du leitest dein Team (2–3 Personen) vor Ort direkt an und arbeitest tatkräftig mit
- Du stellst Termine, Kosten und Qualität während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit sicher
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Kund:innen und Netzbetreiber
- Du prüfst und dokumentierst gemäß geltender Normen (VDE, DIN, GEIG)
- Du arbeitest mit Fremdfirmen zusammen und berichtest an unseren Abteilungsleiter, während du Umwelt-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards auf der Baustelle einhältst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder vergleichbar (Geselle, Meister oder Techniker)
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik, idealerweise mit erster Projekt- oder Teamverantwortung
- Du besitzt sicheres Wissen rund um einschlägige Normen und Vorschriften
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du trittst kommunikationsstark und kundenorientiert auf und arbeitest selbstständig und gewissenhaft vor Ort

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
