Bei Hokipa betreust Du selbständig Deinen eigenen Mandantenkreis. Vom Onboarding über die Anbindung an unsere Prozesse, der laufenden Lohn- und Finanzbuchhaltung bis zum Jahresabschluss und den Steuererklärungen. Dabei bekommst Du so viel Verantwortung, wie Du es Dir wünschst und so viel Unterstützung, wie Du brauchst. Mit dem Wissen über Deine Mandate, bist Du wichtiger Teil von Beratungsprojekten und im ständigen Austausch mit Deinen Kollegen.
Du brennst vielleicht nicht so für Löhne, aber Erbschaftsteuer willst Du kennenlernen. Wir gestalten Deinen Arbeitsplatz nach Deinen Interessen und Deinem Können. Denn wir glauben, dass das, was man gerne macht, auch am besten macht.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust selbständig deinen eigenen Mandantenkreis und unterstützt ihn proaktiv bei all seinen Fragen
- Du sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft - vom Onboarding über die Lohn- und Finanzbuchhaltung bis hin zu Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen
- Du behältst Fristen im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass alles pünktlich und korrekt erledigt wird
- Und weil Zahlen zwar wichtig, aber nicht alles sind: Du trägst mit Humor und positiver Energie zum tollen Teamklima bei

- Du sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft - vom Onboarding über die Lohn- und Finanzbuchhaltung bis hin zu Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen
- Du kennst Dich mit Datev und DMS aus
- Du hast Lust auf moderne digitale Steuerberatung und bist interessiert an neuen IT-Systemen
- Du bringst aus Deiner bisherigen Tätigkeit als Steuerfachangestellte:r einige Jahre Erfahrung mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
