Was erwartet dich?
- Du fertigst und bearbeitest hochwertige Präzisions- und Sonderwerkzeuge aus Hartmetall und HSS/HSSE auf modernen CNC-Werkzeugschleifmaschinen
- Du richtest CNC-Schleifmaschinen eigenständig ein, bedienst sie und überwachst den Fertigungsprozess
- Du erstellst, bearbeitest und optimierst CNC-Schleifprogramme nach technischen Zeichnungen und kundenspezifischen Anforderungen
- Du kontrollierst die gefertigten Werkzeuge mithilfe moderner Mess- und Prüftechnik und stellst die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards sicher
- Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale in der Fertigung und unterstützt uns dabei, unsere Schleifprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen zusammen, um individuelle Kundenaufträge präzise und termingerecht umzusetzen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in, Werkzeugmechaniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung im CNC-Werkzeugschleifen oder in der Fertigung von Präzisionswerkzeugen mit
- Du liest technische Zeichnungen mit Sicherheit und verstehst präzise Fertigungsprozesse
- Eine sorgfältige, qualitätsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus
- Als engagierter Teamplayer bringst du die Bereitschaft zum 2-Schichtbetrieb mit
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
