Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und bearbeitest Sanierungsprojekte im Bestand und bringst dabei dein Wissen in Energietechnik und Schadensanierung ein.
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Planungsunterlagen mit und bereitest auf Basis technischer Zeichnungen die Unterlagen für Bauanträge vor.
- Du begleitest unsere Bauprojekte von der ersten Idee über die Detailplanung bis hin zur Vorbereitung der Ausführung.
- Als wichtige Schnittstelle im Projekt stimmst du dich eng mit dem Team, den Bauherr*innen sowie externen Fachplaner*innen ab.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
- Dein Herz schlägt für das Bauen im Bestand und du möchtest dich in die Sanierung von Gebäuden einarbeiten.
- Du bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit und kannst Baupläne sowie technische Zeichnungen sicher lesen.
- Als zuverlässiger Teamplayer schätzt du den direkten Austausch mit Kund*innen und Projektpartnern.
- Da du im Job viel kommunizierst, sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
