Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst den energetischen Zustand von Wohngebäuden und erstellst auf dieser Basis verständliche Sanierungskonzepte für die Eigentümer:innen.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Planungsteam leitest du daraus konkrete Sanierungsmaßnahmen ab und bewertest deren Wirtschaftlichkeit.
- Du identifizierst die passenden staatlichen Fördermittel für die geplanten Maßnahmen und begleitest die Eigentümer:innen aktiv bei der Antragsstellung.
- Du fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson während der Sanierungsphase und stellst eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Qualifikation als Energieberater oder eine handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. als Schreiner, Dachdecker, Sanitär, Heizung) mit relevanter Berufserfahrung in diesem Feld.
- Du begeisterst dich für die Sanierung von Wohngebäuden und kennst dich mit den aktuellen energiepolitischen Rahmenbedingungen aus.
- Eine strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Es macht dir Spaß, komplexe technische Sachverhalte einfach und verständlich für Kund:innen aufzubereiten.
- Da du im direkten Kundenkontakt stehst, kommunizierst du sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
