Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Küchenleitung im Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst die Vertretung bei Abwesenheit
- Du organisierst und steuerst die täglichen Abläufe in der Arenaküche
- Du stellst die Qualität und Präsentation aller Speisen sicher
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für Warenbestellung, Wareneingang, Lagerhaltung und Inventuren
- Du hältst alle Hygiene- und HACCP-Standards ein und kontrollierst diese
- Du leitest und unterstützt das Küchenteam fachlich im operativen Betrieb und arbeitest aktiv bei Veranstaltungen, Caterings und VIP-Events mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin (m/w/d) und mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Großküche
- Du bringst Erfahrung als Chef de Partie mit
- Du kommunizierst sicher und klar auf Deutsch
- Du kommst gut mit gängigen Computerprogrammen zurecht
- Du unterstützt und leitest die Kolleg:innen im Team und packst selbst mit an
- Du kochst routiniert und effizient in größeren Mengen und hast einen hohen Anspruch an Qualität

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
