Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch (m/w/d) und mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer leitenden Küchenposition – idealerweise in der gehobenen Gastronomie oder Hotellerie
- Sie arbeiten verantwortungsbewusst, qualitätsorientiert und haben einen hohen Anspruch an sich und Ihr Team
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, organisiert und behalten auch in lebhaften Situationen den Überblick
- Sie bringen Engagement, Teamgeist und Flexibilität mit und verstehen es, Ihr Team zu motivieren
- Sie haben Freude daran, eigene Ideen einzubringen und hochwertige Produkte kreativ und ansprechend in Szene zu setzen
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und kommunizieren klar und wertschätzend

Die Brasserie Colette Tim Raue ist ein Brasserie-Konzept, das als Teil der Tertianum Premium Residences in Berlin, München und Konstanz entstand und vom Berliner Sternekoch Tim Raue konzipiert wurde. Im Mittelpunkt der drei Restaurants steht eine klassische Brasserie-Küche, deren Aromatik und Präsentation jedoch die typische Tim Raue Handschrift trägt. In familiären Teams bereiten wir jeden Tag Gerichte, die unseren Gästen ein Lächeln auf's Gesicht zaubern.
