Was erwartet dich?
- Du schweißt komplexe Stahlbaukonstruktionen im MIG/MAG-Verfahren präzise nach technischen Zeichnungen und sorgst so für stabile Verbindungen.
- Du bereitest die Bauteile eigenständig vor, bearbeitest die Schweißnähte nach und stellst damit die Basis für eine hohe Produktqualität sicher.
- Die anschließende Qualitäts- und Maßkontrolle der fertigen Werkstücke liegt ebenfalls in deiner Verantwortung.
- Für einen reibungslosen Ablauf transportierst du Materialien und Bauteile sicher mit dem Gabelstapler an deinen Arbeitsplatz.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Werkstattleitung und deinen Teamkollegen gewährleistest du die termingerechte Fertigstellung der Aufträge.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf oder relevante Berufserfahrung in der Metallverarbeitung mit.
- Im MIG/MAG-Schweißen hast du fundierte, praktische Kenntnisse und arbeitest sicher nach technischen Zeichnungen.
- Eine selbstständige, sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Idealerweise besitzt du gültige Schweißerpässe – dies ist aber kein Muss.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
