Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst fachgerecht Maurer- und Betonarbeiten auf unseren vielseitigen Roh- und Hochbauprojekten aus und arbeitest dabei selbstständig nach technischen Vorgaben
- Du bedienst moderne Baumaschinen sowie Arbeitsgeräte und sorgst für deren ordnungsgemäße Handhabung und Pflege
- Du unterstützt als fester Teil des Teams deine Kolleg:innen bei allen anfallenden Bauarbeiten und sorgst gemeinsam für einen reibungslosen Ablauf auf der Baustelle
- Du gewährleistest eine qualitativ hochwertige Ausführung deiner Arbeit und trägst aktiv zur Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften bei, um den Projekterfolg zu sichern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maurer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst bereits erste Berufserfahrung von der Baustelle mit und packst gerne tatkräftig mit an
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, idealerweise auch CE, für die Fahrten zu unseren Einsatzorten
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und körperliche Belastbarkeit aus
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse, die für die Absprachen im Team und auf der Baustelle wichtig sind

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
