Was erwartet dich?
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst erstellst du Angebote und bist für die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Vertriebsaktivitäten zuständig.
- Du verantwortest die gesamte Auftragsabwicklung, von der Erfassung bis zur Überwachung der Liefertermine, und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson betreust du unsere nationalen sowie internationalen Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen per Telefon und E-Mail.
- Du identifizierst proaktiv neue Vertriebschancen bei Bestandskund:innen und übernimmst das professionelle Management von Reklamationen.
- Du gewährleistest eine hohe Datenqualität, indem du Kunden-, Lieferanten- und Artikelstammdaten in unserem ERP-System sorgfältig pflegst und aktualisierst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst mit
- Du verfügst über exzellente Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig und flexibel und bist in der Lage, vielfältige Aufgaben effizient und selbstständig zu lösen
- Du besitzt sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
