Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die tägliche Buchung und Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge in unserem Buchhaltungssystem und klären selbstständig Differenzen bei der Kontenabstimmung.
- Sie managen das Mahnwesen, von der Überwachung der Kreditlimits bis zur Einleitung von Inkassoverfahren, und stehen dabei im Austausch mit unseren Kunden.
- Sie gewährleisten eine hohe Datenqualität durch die sorgfältige Anlage und Pflege der Kundenstammdaten sowie die Prüfung der Kassenberichte unserer Filialen.
- Sie wirken aktiv bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit und übernehmen die Rechnungsstellung sowie die Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen.
- Als Teil des Finanzteams unterstützen Sie Ihre Kolleg:innen in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung und sorgen gemeinsam für reibungslose Abläufe.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, z. B. im Debitorenmanagement, mit.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sind Sie versiert. Erfahrung mit einem gängigen ERP-System ist ein klares Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Sorgfalt, Struktur und einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein – Sie haben einfach Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen.
- Als zuverlässiger und serviceorientierter Teamplayer unterstützen Sie gerne auch mal bereichsübergreifend und tragen zu einer positiven Arbeitsatmosphäre bei.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
