Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust, wartest und optimierst die elektrischen Steuerungs- und Automatisierungssysteme unseres Biomasseheizkraftwerks und gegebenenfalls der angeschlossenen Pelletproduktion
- Du analysierst und behebst Störungen an SPS-Steuerungen, Sensoren, Aktoren, elektrischen Antrieben und industriellen Steuerungskomponenten
- Du unterstützt bei der Programmierung, Anpassung und Optimierung von SPS-Steuerungen sowie der Visualisierung und Überwachung unserer Produktions- und Energieanlagen
- Du prüfst und wartest unsere Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regeltechnik (MSR), damit unsere Anlagen zuverlässig und effizient arbeiten
- Du begleitest technische Modernisierungen, Umbauten und die Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagenkomponenten
- Du unterstützt die vorbeugende Instandhaltung, dokumentierst durchgeführte Arbeiten und trägst zur langfristigen Verfügbarkeit unserer Anlagen bei, während du eng mit der Betriebsleitung, der mechanischen Instandhaltung und unserem Anlagenpersonal zusammenarbeitest, um Stillstandszeiten zu reduzieren und Produktionsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung als Elektrotechniker:in, staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in Elektrotechnik, Elektroniker:in für Automatisierungstechnik, Elektroniker:in für Betriebstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der industriellen Steuerungstechnik, Automatisierung oder elektrischen Instandhaltung mit
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in der SPS-Technik, idealerweise mit Siemens SIMATIC S7, TIA Portal oder vergleichbaren Steuerungssystemen
- Du kennst dich mit elektrischen Schaltplänen, Sensorik, Aktorik, Frequenzumrichtern und industrieller Messtechnik aus
- Du kannst technische Störungen eigenständig analysieren und systematisch beheben und hast idealerweise bereits mit Prozessleitsystemen, industriellen Energieanlagen, Kraftwerken oder automatisierten Produktionsanlagen gearbeitet
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig, strukturiert und sicherheitsbewusst, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, bist teamfähig, technisch interessiert und möchtest dich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln
