Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und pflegst Projektzeitpläne, indem du detaillierte Zeitpläne für Großprojekte im Anlagenbau entwickelst und kontinuierlich aktualisierst. Dabei integrierst und überwachst du Terminpläne externer Partner:innen, Lieferant:innen und Nachunternehmer:innen in den Master Schedule
- Du sicherst die terminliche Konsistenz zwischen Engineering, Beschaffung, Fertigung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme und analysierst kritische Schnittstellen sowie Abhängigkeiten zwischen Einzelterminplänen
- Du überwachst und steuerst Projekte, indem du Planabweichungen monitorst, Risiken im Terminplan identifizierst und Methoden zur Fortschrittsmessung, Trendanalyse und Terminprognose (EVM) entwickelst und anwendest
- Du koordinierst und kommunizierst effektiv, indem du Terminsitzungen und Workshops moderierst und eine transparente Kommunikation terminrelevanter Risiken sicherstellst
- Du setzt Tools und Software ein, indem du Projektmanagement-Tools wie Primavera P6 Cloud und MS Project nutzt und pflegst sowie Best Practices für die Projektplanung implementierst
- Du planst Ressourcen und managst Kapazitäten, indem du die projektübergreifende Ressourcenplanung steuerst und die Integration von Ressourcen- und Terminplanung verantwortest
