Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst und behebst elektronische Störungen an unseren Produktionsanlagen, um Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren und einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicherzustellen.
- Du übernimmst die regelmäßige Wartung, Inspektion und Instandhaltung unserer Maschinen nach vordefinierten Plänen (Preventive Maintenance).
- In enger Abstimmung mit der technischen Leitung und externen Herstellern wirkst du bei der Installation und Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen mit.
- Du gibst dein Fachwissen aktiv weiter, unterstützt bei der Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder und betreust unsere Auszubildenden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektroniker*in für Betriebstechnik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung eines Produktionsbetriebs mit, idealerweise mit Branchenkenntnissen in der Papier- oder Verpackungsindustrie
- Du verfügst über eine Ausbildereignungsqualifikation oder bist bereit, diese zu erwerben
- Du bist bereit zur Arbeit im Dreischichtbetrieb sowie zur Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist teamfähig, zuverlässig und hast ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ergänzt durch grundlegende Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
