Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Bauüberwachungsleistungen nach VV Bau / VV Bau STE sowie nach dem Regelwerk der Deutsche Bahn AG und weiterer Eisenbahninfrastrukturunternehmen durch
- Du überwachst und koordinierst Bauarbeiten in den Gewerken Fahrbahn, KIB, LST, TK oder Elektrotechnik
- Du kontrollierst die Bauausführung hinsichtlich technischer Spezifikationen, Qualität und Vorschriften
- Du stellst Termine, Budgetvorgaben und vertragliche Leistungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam, Fachbereichen und verschiedenen Auftragnehmern sicher
- Du gewährleistest die Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle inklusive Einhaltung aller geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Bauüberwacher:in Bahn oder Fachbauüberwacher:in in den Bereichen Fahrbahn, KIB, LST, TK oder Elektrotechnik
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Koordination von Bauprojekten sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Gewerken mit
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist flexibel, engagiert, teamfähig und kommunikationsstark
- Du bist tauglich für Alleinarbeit im Gleisbereich
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
