Das Unternehmen befindet sich im Besitz eines Finanzinvestors und agiert in einem internationalen, wachstums- und transformationsgetriebenen Umfeld mit hohen Anforderungen an Transparenz, Steuerungsfähigkeit und Performance.
Zur weiteren Professionalisierung unserer Finanzfunktion suchen wir einen Head of Finance (m/w/d), der aktiv Struktur, Transparenz und Effizienz im Unternehmen vorantreibt.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die operative Finanzbuchhaltung, erstellst Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse und führst fachlich sowie disziplinarisch dein Team von 2-3 Mitarbeitenden
- Du analysierst, strukturierst und optimierst sämtliche Finanzprozesse, um effiziente und skalierbare Abläufe zu etablieren
- Du entwickelst die Finance-Systemlandschaft (insb. ERP - diva / Microsoft Dynamics) strategisch weiter und identifizierst Automatisierungspotenziale
- Du stellst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling und Group Finance ein aussagekräftiges Reporting sicher und schaffst eine belastbare finanzielle Datenbasis
- Du baust optional die Datentransparenz mittels Power BI weiter aus und übernimmst perspektivisch die Verantwortung für weitere Entities innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
- Du hast die Möglichkeit, über lokale Verantwortung hinaus gruppenweite Finance-Themen zu gestalten, von der strategischen Liquiditätssteuerung und -planung bis hin zur Begleitung und Umsetzung von gruppenweiten Projekten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Accounting
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit und hattest idealerweise bereits die Gesamtverantwortung für Abschlüsse
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung kleiner Teams und ein starkes Verständnis für die Optimierung von Prozessen im Sinne der Business Excellence
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie Excel; Kenntnisse in Power BI sind ein klares Plus
- Du verbindest eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit strategischem Weitblick und arbeitest strukturiert sowie pragmatisch
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit Partner:innen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
