Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Reparatur unseres Maschinenparks bei geplanten sowie ungeplanten Stillständen und sorgst so für eine reibungslose Produktion.
- Du führst eigenständig vorbeugende Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten durch, um die Langlebigkeit unserer Anlagen sicherzustellen.
- Du gehst systematisch auf Fehlersuche an unseren mechanischen, hydraulischen und pneumatischen Systemen und behebst die Störungen nachhaltig.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Teamkollegen betreust und unterstützt du externe Servicetechniker bei komplexeren Einsätzen.
- Du wirkst bei allgemeinen Reparaturarbeiten am Gebäude und auf dem Betriebsgelände mit und hältst so unsere Infrastruktur in Schuss.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Schlosser oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – auch als Quereinsteiger, z. B. aus dem Bereich Land- oder Baumaschinen, bist du willkommen.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Industriemaschinen sowie gute Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Hydraulik und Pneumatik mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und lösungsorientiert, wobei du gerne Verantwortung übernimmst und Eigeninitiative zeigst.
- Du bist motiviert, dich durch Schulungen und Lehrgänge fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Für eine reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit externen Partnern sprichst du fließend Deutsch.

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
