Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal/HR, Wirtschaftsrecht, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung als Personalleiter (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren leitenden HR-Funktion, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen mit gewerblicher und kaufmännischer Belegschaft
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie im Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von HR-Teams und Praxis in den Bereichen Recruiting, Personalentwicklung, Change-Management
- Sie haben eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und arbeiten sowohl strategisch als auch operativ im Tagesgeschäft mit
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert und sind sicher im Umgang mit HR-Software und MS Office; Erfahrung in der Einführung/Optimierung von HR-Systemen ist von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
