- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Elektrotechnik über alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI hinweg
- Koordination eines internen Projektteams sowie externer Fachplaner:innen und Nachunternehmer:innen
- Verantwortung für die interne und externe Kommunikation im Projekt
- Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber:innen, Behörden und Projektbeteiligte
- Sicherstellung einer termin-, fach- und qualitätsgerechten Leistungserbringung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung und Teamführung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen technischen Regelwerke sowie im Bauvertragsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit Planungssoftware (z. B. Revit, DDS-CAD) und MS Office
- Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz sowie Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Starke Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
