Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln und setzen Produkt-, Vertriebs- und Betreuungskonzepte um
- Sie betreuen und entwickeln unsere Bank- und Verbundpartnerprodukte weiter
- Sie analysieren Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Vertriebsdaten und leiten konkrete Maßnahmen ab
- Sie steuern den Vertrieb datenbasiert und nutzen vertriebliche Kennzahlen
- Sie planen und begleiten vertriebliche Kampagnen und Maßnahmen
- Sie steuern und überwachen die Vertriebsaktivitäten und identifizieren sowie entwickeln innovative Vertriebslösungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Bankkauffrau bzw. zum Bankkaufmann (m/w/d), ergänzt durch eine weiterführende bankfachliche oder betriebswirtschaftliche Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsmanagement
- Sie besitzen analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
- Sie haben eine hohe Vertriebs-, Markt- und Kund:innenorientierung
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, eigenständig und lösungsorientiert
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen
