Deine Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Betreuung der Finanzbuchhaltung mehrerer Gesellschaften
- Erstellung und Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Unterstützung und Vertretung des Kaufmännischen Leiters in buchhalterischen und fachlichen Fragestellungen
- Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für das Buchhaltungsteam sowie interne Schnittstellen
- Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung inklusive Haupt-, Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen sowie Analyse und Klärung komplexer buchhalterischer Sachverhalte
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen sowie der Digitalisierung im Rechnungswesen
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und externen Partnern
- Erstellung von Auswertungen, Berichten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die kaufmännische Leitung
- Unterstützung bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
- Übernahme weiterer fachlicher Verantwortlichkeiten entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation, Erfahrung und persönlichen Stärken

Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Industriekaufmann (w/m/d), Steuerfachangestellter (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanz- und Bilanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Abschlüssen nach HGB
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Erste Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA oder eine hohe Affinität zu ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
- Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung und die Fähigkeit, fachliche Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
