- Sie verantworten die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung Ihres Technik-Teams, fördern die Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden und steuern die Personaleinsatzplanung.
- Sie planen und steuern sämtliche Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, Umbauten sowie die Modernisierung unserer Produktionslinien, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicherzustellen.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner im Tagesgeschäft packen Sie bei komplexen Störungen selbst mit an und organisieren den technischen Bereitschaftsdienst.
- Sie agieren als Schnittstelle zu externen Dienstleistern sowie Lieferanten und stellen eine partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit sicher.
- Sie verantworten die Verwaltung des Techniklagers inklusive der Ersatzteilbeschaffung und gewährleisten die Einhaltung aller Qualitäts- und Hygienerichtlinien.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
