Deine Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die Steuerung und Koordination für die Ausstattungsgewerke entlang der B44 und steuerst Maßnahmen beispielsweise in den Bereichen Beleuchtung, Lichtsignalanlagen, Markierung, Verkehrslenkung und Winterdienst
- Du vertrittst die Interessen des Bauherrn in Projekt- und Baubesprechungen und sorgst für eine zielgerichtete Kommunikation zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten
- Du behältst zahlreiche parallele Themen und Einzelmaßnahmen im Blick und sorgst für eine strukturierte Umsetzung
- Du koordinierst Planungsbüros, Fachplaner, Behörden und ausführende Unternehmen
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen sicher und behältst den Gesamtüberblick über den Projektfortschritt
- Du identifizierst Projektrisiken frühzeitig, entwickelst geeignete Gegenmaßnahmen und bereitest fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Projektleitung vor
- Du begleitest Vergabe-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsprozesse und trägst zur erfolgreichen Realisierung der Projekte bei

Das bringst du mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Projektmanagement, Maschinenbau, oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement technischer, infrastruktureller oder baunaher Projekte
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch bei vielen gleichzeitig laufenden Themen den Überblick zu behalten
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Projektbeteiligten
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
