Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust im Innendienst die Handelskund:innen und erstellst Angebote und Preislisten
- Du wickelst Handelsaufträge eigenständig vom Auftragseingang bis zur Rechnungsstellung ab
- Du stimmst dich aktiv mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst ab und kommunizierst persönlich mit Kund:innen
- Du gibst alle auftragsrelevanten Informationen an den Einkauf weiter und überwachst eigenständig die Liefertermine
- Du erstellst Auswertungen und bearbeitest Langzeitlieferantenerklärungen im Vertretungsfall sowie vertrittst in der Auftragsabwicklung Projekte
- Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer vertrieblichen Abläufe mit, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Organisation, Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und den sinnvollen Einsatz von KI

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung oder im Vertriebsinnendienst mit
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast Freude daran, unterschiedliche Abläufe im Blick zu behalten
- Du besitzt Kommunikationsgeschick und trittst freundlich im Umgang mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen auf
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und offen für neue Ideen sowie bereit, bestehende Abläufe mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
