Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die individuelle Grund- und Behandlungspflege unserer Bewohner:innen und sichern so eine ganzheitliche Versorgung nach modernen Pflegestandards.
- Sie gestalten aktiv einen lebendigen Alltag in der selbstbestimmten Wohngemeinschaft und fördern dabei gezielt die Selbstständigkeit und die Ressourcen der Menschen, die Sie betreuen.
- Sie führen zuverlässig ärztlich verordnete Maßnahmen wie die Medikamentengabe, Verbandswechsel und Injektionen durch und stellen so die medizinische Versorgung sicher.
- Sie führen die EDV-gestützte Pflegedokumentation und stimmen sich für eine optimale Betreuung eng mit Angehörigen, Ärzt:innen und Therapeut:innen ab.
- Sie tragen zur Qualitätssicherung bei, indem Sie unsere Standards im WG-Betrieb umsetzen und diese im Team kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.

- Sie begeistern sich für unser selbstbestimmtes WG-Konzept und haben Freude an einer bewohnernahen, familiären Pflege abseits der typischen Hektik.
- Mit Ihrer sozialen Kompetenz, Empathie und Geduld schaffen Sie eine wertschätzende Atmosphäre für unsere Bewohner:innen.
- Als zuverlässiges Teammitglied überzeugen Sie durch eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und Engagement im Schichtdienst.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
