Was erwartet dich?
Als Projektleiter*in im Team DCM ConSec planst, kalkulierst, steuerst und dokumentierst Du kleinere und größere Bauprojekte zur Erweiterung und Erneuerung von Colocations-Flächen und Versorgungs- und Sicherheitsinfrastrukturen in den Rechenzentren. Du sorgst im Rahmen der Bauvorhaben für die Einhaltung der Termine, der Kosten und der Qualität sowie der relevanten Vorschriften. Dazu koordiniert / kommuniziert Du mit Architekten, Behörden und Lieferanten (Statiker, Brandschutzingenieure etc.) und betreust die Bauvorhaben von der Konzeption bis zur Fertigstellung.
o Planung, Projektierung, Kalkulation, Bauüberwachung, Abnahme und Dokumentation von Maßnahmen zur Modifikation der dem Kompetenzbereich zugeordneten Infrastrukturen
o Erstellung von komplexen Arbeitsplanungen für (große) Infrastrukturprojekte
o Erstellung von Baustelleneinrichtungsplänen sowie Erarbeitung von Baustellenlogistik und Gerätedisposition
o Unterstützung der Projektteams in der Angebots- und Ausführungsphase
o Projektmanagement und Lieferantensteuerung (Arbeitsplanung, Koordination und Kontrolle der Gewerke)
o Verantwortlichkeit für die Planung, Durchführung, Kontrolle und Dokumentation von Projekten
o Verantwortlichkeit für den zur Realisierung der Maßnahmen notwendigen Materialfluss
o Eigenständige Interventionen bei außerplanmäßigen infrastrukturellen Vorfällen
o Definition und Einführung von Organisationsstrukturen und Arbeitsprozessen
o Planung und ggf. Übernahme der Rufbereitschaft DCM ConSec

Was solltest du mitbringen?
o Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich des Bauingenieurwesens, Architektur, Abschluss zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
o Erste Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Bauprojekten idealerweise im RZ-Umfeld / mit Schwerpunkten in den dargelegten Aufgabenbereichen
o Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Vorschriften (z. B. DIN-Normen, HOAI, VOB)
o Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie OpenProject von Vorteil
o Bereitschaft, bestehende Prozesse und Standards zu hinterfragen und kontinuierlich zu optimieren
o Hohes Maß an analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbständige Arbeitsweise
o Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
o Gutes Organisationstalent und stressresistent unter Zeitdruck
o Gute Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie Kenntnisse im Eskalationsmanagement
o PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office, MS VISIO, CAD-Software)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
