Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung unseres Microsoft 365 Tenants und gestaltest die Zukunft unserer hybriden Microsoft-Infrastruktur aktiv mit, wobei die Schwerpunkte auf der Entra-Suite, Exchange, Active Directory sowie angrenzenden Microsoft-Infrastrukturen liegen
- Du entwickelst Governance-, Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepte weiter und sorgst dafür, dass Identitäten, Zugriffe und organisatorische Anforderungen strukturiert und nachvollziehbar umgesetzt werden. Hierfür nutzt du moderne Microsoft-Technologien wie Conditional Access, Access Reviews und Privileged Access Management, um die Governance unserer Plattform nachhaltig zu stärken
- Du analysierst fachliche und technische Anforderungen, übersetzt diese in umsetzbare Lösungen und begleitest ihre Einführung von der Idee bis zum produktiven Betrieb, indem du technische Expertise mit prozessualem und strategischem Denken verbindest
- Du bringst dich aktiv in Projekte, Architekturentscheidungen und technologische Weiterentwicklungen ein. Mit einem kritischen Blick auf bestehende Abläufe identifizierst du Verbesserungspotenziale und führst Konzepte erfolgreich in die Umsetzung

- Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung im Microsoft-365-Umfeld und kennst Themen wie Entra Suite, Identity & Access Management, Conditional Access, Defender, Intune und moderne Microsoft-365-Governance aus der Praxis
- Du verstehst nicht nur die technische Administration, sondern auch die dahinterliegenden Governance-, Compliance- und Organisationsanforderungen eines modernen Unternehmens
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Umsetzung größerer IT-Projekte mit und verstehst es, komplexe Anforderungen in klare Strategien und praktikable Lösungen zu übersetzen. Sicher bewegst du dich zwischen Technik, Management und Fachbereichen, schaffst Akzeptanz für Veränderungen und verankerst Konzepte nachhaltig in der Organisation

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
