Als Mitarbeiter:in im Vertriebsinnendienst bist du eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Management, Vertrieb und Kunden. Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien, bereitest Präsentationen und Kundentermine vor und sprichst aktiv potenzielle B2B-Neukunden an. Dabei stellst du das Unternehmen und seine Produkte vor, analysierst Kundenanforderungen und entwickelst passende Lösungsansätze. Neben der Neukundengewinnung gehört auch die Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere B2B-Neukunden und überzeugst sie am Telefon von unseren SAP-nahen Dienstleistungen.
- Du präsentierst unsere Produkte, erstellst aussagekräftige Unterlagen und bereitest Termine für das Sales-Management vor.
- Du pflegst alle relevanten Kundendaten sorgfältig in unserem CRM-System (z.B. SAP oder MS Dynamics) und stellst so eine saubere Datenbasis sicher.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Team entwickelst du erste Lösungsansätze, die genau auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zugeschnitten sind.
- Du unterstützt das Management bei der Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien, indem du Markt- und Kundenfeedback aufbereitest.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder einem vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Bereich gesammelt.
- Du bist technikaffin, gehst sicher mit MS Office um und hast ein gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist kunden- und zielorientiert und du überzeugst durch deine freundliche, offene Art am Telefon.
- Idealerweise bringst du erste Erfahrungen mit Systemen wie SAP, MS Dynamics oder EDI-Konvertern mit – dies ist jedoch kein Muss.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
