Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die ganzheitliche TGA-Fachplanung und bist eigenverantwortlich für die Planung und Dimensionierung von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen (HLS) zuständig
- Du planst und berechnest technische Konzepte, führst Berechnungen durch und bist für die Konstruktion und Modellierung in 3D verantwortlich
- Du erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse und begleitest Projekte im Rahmen der HOAI und DIN 276, zum Beispiel mit ORCA AVA
- Du begleitest Projekte durch fachlichen Austausch mit Bauherr:innen, Architekt:innen und anderen Gewerken – primär im Büro und in hybriden Strukturen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik / TGA oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Gebäude- und Versorgungstechnik, Maschinenbau (Schwerpunkt TGA) bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Gewerken HLS sowie im Umgang mit Normen und Regelwerken
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit CAD (idealerweise Trimble Nova) und hast Kenntnisse in HOAI, DIN 276 oder ORCA AVA, die ein gern gesehenes Plus sind
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, übernimmst Eigenverantwortung und hast Lust auf Gestaltungsspielraum in einem wachsenden Büro

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
