Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine(n) Logistikkoordinator:in in Vollzeit. Ab der Projektübergabe übernimmst du Verschiffung, Zoll und Meilensteine für mehrere parallel laufende Handelsprojekte.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst und überwachst die logistischen Meilensteine unserer Projekte und stellst so eine termingerechte Abwicklung sicher.
- Eigenständig wählst du passende Verschiffungsoptionen aus, buchst Frachtraum und agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zu Spediteuren und Reedereien – auch wenn es mal schnell gehen muss.
- Du verantwortest die reibungslose Zollabwicklung, indem du Zollagenten beauftragst und die notwendigen Dokumente, wie z.B. Zollanmeldungen (inkl. T1), erstellst.
- Im Logistikportal unserer Kunden pflegst du sorgfältig den Projektstatus sowie alle Dokumente und sorgst so für maximale Transparenz bei allen Beteiligten.
- Du prüfst die Eingangsrechnungen von Logistikpartnern auf ihre Richtigkeit und gibst diese nach interner Abstimmung zur Zahlung frei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition, Industrie oder Außenhandel.
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Logistik ist von Vorteil – wichtiger ist uns aber deine Bereitschaft, dich tief in Zoll- und Versandthemen einzuarbeiten.
- Du arbeitest routiniert mit MS Excel und hast idealerweise schon mit einem ERP-System oder Logistikportalen zu tun gehabt.
- Mit deiner strukturierten und sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise behältst du auch bei parallelen Projekten den Überblick und denkst proaktiv mit.
- Du kommunizierst sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift, um dich mit internationalen Partnern abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
